Lake Windermere vast, beautiful, breathtaking. There is not much else to say! Nestled deep within Cumbria is England's largest natural lake; at 10.5 miles long and 220 feet deep. Within the Lake District there are plenty of other lakes to visit like Ullswater and Coniston to name but a few. There is much to see and plenty of accommodation with stunning views.
