Although going on safari is pretty obvious in Africa there are many ways in which you can get the most out of it. Location can play a big part of the game you see. Game drives are a wonderful way of seeing lions from a safe distance but if you really want to get up close and personal with the herbivores then horseback is perfect for the more adventurous.
